Nairobi is getting off to a good start tourist wise despite last year’s slow down due to the elections.
It has been named among the top ten trending destinations for people who are looking for something different. Making it at number three, Nairobi was considered due to its fascinating introduction to both wildlife and nightlife.
Top sights include the Karen Blixen Museum, Giraffe Centre and the black rhinos of Nairobi National Park.
It was beat by Ishigaki, Japan, a beautiful island in Japan’s Okinawa Prefecture, which came in at first and Kapaa, Hawaii a small town at the base of Kauai’s Nounou Mountain which came in second.
However, it was found to be more popular than stunning towns and cities such as Halifax, Canada and Gdansk, Poland.
This definitely shows just how much Kenya is stepping into the lamplight and continues to attract attention from the rest of the world. From the locals to the tourists, everybody enjoys Kenya’s ambiance and appreciates it’s noticeable progress.
